LOTM castmembers in BAD movies

: don't remember the day you posted it, but you mentioned you were curious as to BAD films that LOTM castmembers were in.

: Got the prize-winner right here.  Absolutely no offense to Eric Schweig, but his good-looks and charisma couldn't carry this film (considering that he had less to say than in LOTM).

: Larry McMurty's (that IS his last name, right?) DEAD MAN'S WALK.  I don't know when (or why) it was released, but I think it aired on the Family Channel or something before it came to video.  Two tapes, almost six hours long - stupid, stupid, STUPID!!!

: Eric Schweig is Buffalo Hump, for those of you blessed NOT to have seen this.  Also stars Harry Dean Stanton, Keith Carradine, Edward James Olmos, Johnny Miller, the one guy from APOLLO 13, and that Latin killer from CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER.

: The plot is about...about....about - hm, I don't know.  And I sat through both tapes!!  Because it was labeled a "western", my husband rented it; I came home halfway through the movie, recognized Schweig, and made my husband rewind it.  Bad move.  Bad movie.  By the second tape, Schweig doesn't appear until maybe the last half hour, and then only in five minute appearances here and there.

: Here's what I think REALLY happened:  Keith Carradine and Edward James Olmos finish reading the script, and demand to have their characters killed so they wouldn't be that humiliated, AND they want their full pay.  Or...maybe, the screen-writer missed the Fed-Ex deadline, and the producer shut down the movie right then, right there.  Or maybe the studio went bankrupt.

: I don't know, and neither did the behind-the-scenes crew.
