What's New This Week

Hi guys!
Sorry about the delay here. I know I was supposed to post the Sunday Morning Show on Sunday, but I've been away.
Okay, let's see. Well, we've added a new section to our site called "Off the Beaten Mohican Trail". Judging by all of your posts, I'd say it was a timely addition. Gee, I hope you all like it! *wink*

On a more serious note; what the hell is going on here? Like I said, I've been away. I came home just a little while ago, started reading my thousands of e-mails from the adoring nutcases, and I just got reaaaal confused. Mixed in among the letters expressing adulation and funny sounding propositions, were some very hostile letters. I hadn't a clue what the hell these people were so upset about. Here, let me quote a few:
"Dear Elaine, please stop clogging up the WWW board with your Harlequin type drivel. You make me sick and I hope you die..... Love Carol"

"F*** you! Billy is a fine man, a fine man! .....signed Betty"

"Dear Mohican Press, I've been reading and enjoying your site for a long time. I had always respected you guys. But now, well, see ya! ..... Love Eric/Soldier #2"

"Alright Miss E. Lane! Enough bull sh**! I want my DDL back! Where's Hawkeye? Take a dive off the cliffs! .... Mohican Mamma Muy Mad but Mostly Me Miss Hawkeye/Marcia"

"elaine, got any stuff, man? ..... "

"Hi Elaine! I just want to tell you that I'm taking your link off my site. I have a reputation, you understand. ...... Myrrh"

"@###@$**$@^&($@%$%!!!! Sickie! "

Those are but a few samples of praise. Anyway, after reading them I figured something must be wrong. So naturally I checked the board.
Holy toledo! You people are crazy! What are you all talking about? And another thing, apparently someone has been posting all sorts of bizarre messages under my many names. This is disturbing. Let me set the record straight here. I have not been home for days. I did not post any "Harlequin type drivel" nor did I refer to myself as a caged beast, or any other weird stuff. Whoever has been masquerading as Elaine is a fraud, an imposter. I have every intention of purging this board of this ridiculous nonsense.

We are a respectable, serious, upstanding, historically oriented, LOTM related, child friendly, humor impaired, sadistically challenged web site.

I apologize if anyone was offended by the imposter.
