Hey Francois, I just checked out the Ichef site. Cool! I will have to try that recipe I found of yours.....realizing of course that I could never do as well as the author - YOU! but will make my poor attempts.

And does this mean that I am not back on the roasting spit Lainey, because I dared go to another site? I also very quickly checked out the site referenced by Karol! Am I in double jeapardy now? Out of the frying pan and into the fire so to speak?

This is still my favorite site, as you can tell by my constant posts and daily reading......
