Thanks so much for the beautiful description of the places where you lived, and the pictures. It makes me a bit envious, though, coming from a country where there is no wilderness or nature left. We the Dutch live with 15 million people in a very small country; once the country was covered with ancient forrests, but the last of those were cut down in the early 1900s. Today, everything is man-made and meticulously organized, and there is no place where you can truly be alone, people everuwhere.

So, I am very much looking forward to coming to North America again this Summer. I travelled in the South-West way back in 1991, and last year in East-Canada, and to me it is always a big experience realizing that there is so much space around you.

I hope you'll be putting on more pictures and more stories about the places you know!
