I have just finished reading Cold Mountain (after waiting 3 months for my turn to read one of my library's copies). I enjoyed it very much and I have to admit Daniel Day-Lewis and Madeleine Stowe once again played the hero and heroine! I wish Michael Mann would get the whole gang together again to film this novel in our beloved mountains!
