Which of these versions of Killdeer did our hero take with him everywhere, off set and beyond???? Do you know, by chance? I have read about DDL carrying this "rifle" everywhere...
From one geriatic fan just getting her week-end pass from the "Chicago" invalids home, dressed up in her best stripped skirt, complete with walker to carry the ditty bag and the lyrics to our theme song....(spent days reading the posts... you guys are too much...oxygen bottle here we come.... age????...I'll keep you guessing, ....)
Which also reminds me, upon leaving the home, this sheep skin thing came up...what do they need to throw a sheep skin (IF that is what it is,,or wool?) over the cannons for??? during the battle scenes at Ft. William Henry? Insulation? Protection from flying cannon bits? Good Luck?..(should we carry one as the banner for us over 40's?...naw...a loin cloth instead...)
