I had an earlier post on this subject, but here it is again:

Netscape Communicator 4.04 has a bug that doesn't like the Chat Room for some reason. There will not necessarily be a problem with the program, but the risk is there. It is about 9.2Mb and will take about an hour to download on a 28.8kbps modem.

Internet Explorer is getting better, and there latest version is actually GOOD. You can find Internet Explorer 4 at the linked site (http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/).
