Time to "Serious Up" a Bit

: Hi, All!  We have been having a great time with all our fantasies of late, but I need to bring up a more serious discussion.  Now that we have decided to really have our Mohican Gathering, there are some decisions to be made.  As a Lodgings Committee Chairperson & Sole Member (so far!), I need to get some input here.  First of all, we need to hear from those who are going to do their best to attend our Gathering, so that I have some kind of tentative idea as to how large our group might be.  Secondly, we need to firm up a date.  If you are hoping to attend, please let us know which of the two proposed weekends would suit you better, June 20/21 or June 27/28.  Please reply directly to my email (mmeara@magicnet.net) so that I can begin finding us a good place to stay.

: Also, this is the time to come forth with any suggestions or ideas you might have to enhance this endeavor.  If we pool all our thoughts, we can come up with a Gathering that will be better "than any imaginings could possibly have been."
