I by NO MEANS meant that I would be hurtful to you. The things I've learned in researching the filming of LOTM would probably be detrimental to Eric Schweig's reputation. Wasn't that obvious? I really think you need to sit back, take a deep breath, and review the situation as it is now.

Ironically, the debate has nothing to do with me & Eric Schweig. It has nothing to do with a gap in the understanding between the races ... it is a chasm of misunderstanding between you & I. This board is not set up to be an on-going debate between 2 people. I'm sorry you feel so strongly that, in your opinion, I misrepresent what Eric has said. I go back and read the article and hear the same things I did when I first read it. It hit me right away, and it's still there. That's my perogative. I never expected everyone to see it MY way.

Now, about my use of "inside knowledge" ... wait a second, here. I never invited you, personally, to debate. In fact, I invited no debate at all, but, rather, COMMENTS. So it developed into a debate, of sorts. That's OK. But I can't separate my knowledge & experiences just because you say I should. It was no trap I lured you into, only to pounce upon you with stuff you never could know. Come on! Think clearly.

The only thing that I have to say ... unless you continue to insist on elongating this discussion ... is, as I said this AM, with a minor change, let US let it rest!
