Rich, I can't explain any more clearly my viewpoints & if you want to believe I'm bringing race into it that is your opinion. I guess to understand how I see things regarding your commentary, you'd have to look at it through my eyes.

I looked at the reference paragraph & Eric made no mention of cast, crew...He was refering to himself in when others would ask for a reference about "What was he (Eric) like to work with" & so on...How companies aren't shy about letting it be known when someone (an actor) wasn't good to work with. All were references to questions those thinking of hiring Eric would make to his previous employers. Also, he said that if he would use a movie for a reference, its Broken Chain. It's obvious LOTM was not a good experience for him when it came to how the higher~ups in production handled things behind the scenes.
