Captain Jeffery (sp?) Beams, as Marcia has already said, he is the one who arrests DDL. He can also be seen at the Parlay scene, and when the DDL, MS and crew first arrive at the fort (Duncan speaks to him briefly).

Lastly, he can be seen getting tomahawked at the Massacre behind Cora, just before she shoots the Indian in the head.
