Posted - December 08 2005 : 11:35:41 AM If " God is a concept which we measure our pain..." then today he better have a big measuring stick... I don't believe in John's death... " I'll promise you anything to get me out of this hell " Tell all the People that you see, follow me down to Strawberry Fields today. People say I'm crazy doing what I'm doing..and they would be right. FranK...a Working Class hero is not something to be, I'd rather be a Celluloid Hero any day...and I wish John was too after all they never feel any pain and they never really die... Thank you for the days John...days I surely will remember all my life, and also for the days that nobody told there'd be days. strange days indeed for sure? Time for my customary wearing of my John Shirt...all I want is some truth, I'm sick to death of it all, Well Well Well, Oh Well?

Posted - January 26 2006 : 11:30:58 PM Bean: I too always remember John Lennon on each December 8. That still ranks as one of the most senseless losses in memory. Sissy Hankshaw, in Tom Robbins' Even Cowgirls Get the Blues says something to the effect that you can tell everything you need to know about someone's personality by asking them one question. That question is 'Who is your favorite Beatle?' Knowing most of the corner mailbox correspondents to be of approximately the right generation I pose the same question to all, in order to learn a little bit about you: Who is your favorite Beatle? |
