It's been a long time since I've been online. Got in a car accident Thanksgiving, and was off work for a couple of weeks, got bored and I decided to "fix" my computer. Hadn't been able to get online since.Went back to work in time for lots of Catering and parties. Well the restaurant business has slowed down after the holidays and I got a knowledgable person to "fix" it back. So dear friends I wish you all a very Happy Merry Christmas and a better Happy and Healthy New Year. Got to read on so I can see what's been going on.

I'm in Jamaica right now...still freaked out over the News of Ray Davies being shot in New Orleans last Monday night...I went nuts when I heard the news down here, I sent him telegrams to the hospital in New Orleans and to his NYC apartment. At first all I heard was that he was shot no news on his condition...but now we all know his is OK, the shot was just in his leg...
I'll be back home in New Jersey next Wednesday...
