Ladies and gentlemen, the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role goes to (drum roll, please!)...........

Daniel Day-Lewis!



Tommy Lee Jones also won a SAG Award last night, Outstanding Performance By a Male Actor in a Supporting Role, for his portrayal of Thaddeus Stevens in "Lincoln."

Was hoping to see "Lincoln" win the award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, but "Argo" was the winner in that category.

I'm SO happy to see DD-L being recognized and rewarded for his role in "Lincoln"! I will definitely be watching this year's Oscars (Feb. 24th) and cheering for DD-L to win the award for Actor in a Leading Role! Daniel has already won 2 Oscars for Best Actor, and I believe that a win this year would make him the first to win 3 in that category.
