Slight though it is.

It became 'Last of the Meheecans' (or similar, I don't recall the specific spelling) Meheecans being a bastardization of
'Mexicans'. The abbreviated background is this - the boys are playing a game of 'cross the border' which is similar to capture the flag. A group are border patrol agents, and a group are 'Maheecans' trying to cross over. When Butters is the only one to not get across he declares himself 'Last of the Meheecans' and a title card and music similar to our favorite movie comes on to the screen. The music makes a return toward the end of the movie, but that's the small LOTM references in the episode. I thought it was funny.
