Just got some good news a couple of weeks ago about a certain individual.I don't know if this news got out across the nation or not,but it's big news here especially in Poughkeepsie.N.Y.In 1979,a Poughkeepsie school teacher named Albert Fentress lured a student to his home where he murdered and cannibalised the boy.Fentress castrated and boiled the boy's private parts then consumed it.They don't know if the boy was shot in the head first or castrated first.Anyway,Fentress pleaded insanity and got sent to a Maximum Security Psychiatric Facility.The gruesomeness of the crime was so outrageous everyone thought he would do life in a criminally insane place right? Wrong! Now comes along yours truly,securemann,to work in this place in the early 80's.I was standing guard at my post by the razor wire fence when I saw this guy jogging around in shorts in a private compound across the yard separated from the rest of us.I thought it was an administrator jogging on his lunch hour.My partner told me it was Fentress enjoying himself in his honor building.Anyway,about a month later,he was released to a low security place on Long Island where he could get his privileges and walk around unescorted.He was only locked up in high security for about 5 years!Everyone was devastated,me included.So for the next 16 years he had it nice in an open facility until two men came forward and said that they were molested by Fentress when they were young.Fentress said in court that this was his only case and never did anything else.Well,they caught him in a lie and said that he is still a danger at this point and sent him back to where I first saw him many years ago in Maximum Security.Hopefully they will send him in with the rest of the population and not that honor building which I always hated.There's no honor in crime,why an honor building? Hopefully he will stay there for some time but I know the liberals will try to work him out again and prey on the young.That' all folks!

An honor building? That's the first time that I've heard that term .... is it a minimum security facility? I'm glad that the "monster" has been sent back to maximum where he belongs.

Brenda,There was an honor building within the maximum security facility when I worked there.Don't ask me why,that's the State for you.The facility is one of three that contain the criminally insane for New York State and City.While you have 60+ prisons in New York,there are only 3 facilities for the most dangerous psychopaths.
