I was in the library yesterday looking for the 1st disk of Into the West because I've been watching the series backwards...another story for another time...and there were these young kids...maybe teenagers but anyone under 30 is young to me ...and the guy was saying that he watched this movie last night about Cherokees and I knew right away that he was talking about LOTM, but I didn't want to intrude on their conversation. He couldn't think of the name of the movie and the girl said "who's in it?" and he couldn't remember, but then he said it was during the French and Indian War and I just couldn't contain myself any longer and told them the title. He said "that's right!" I just felt warm and fuzzy inside
For the last few days, AMC has been showing LOTM on TV during the day and again during prime time. No doubt in my mind, this will result in many more new fans of this awesome movie!
