Hi guys & gals -
Life is so very strange. One never knows what twists & turns lurk "up yonder." Things here might never be as they were again. The Mohican Board will be, but it may very well be different. Time will give us the ultimate answer. My involvement here on the Board will necessarily be curtailed - as it already has, if you've not noticed - at least for the short term. That's all I can say on this for now. Cryptic, I know.

On the Gathering Front
Seems health issues are having a negative impact on some. They may or may not affect the proceedings to some degree. Bummer message here, yes? Sorry - It is proceeding, though, let me emphasize that! And as for you - sign up already!!! 2004 Gathering Sign-ups
On the Locations Book Front
I have gone through two proofs, so far, and am not satisfied with the results. I do expect that this week will bring about a finalization of the work - FINALLY! On the Trail of the Last of the Mohicans ... the Expanded Edition will be published very soon!! It's a-coming. I would think I'll have my first supply in the week after this one, and can begin to fulfill orders. Remember, a .pdf version is available via the "Downloads" link at the top of every Board page for free. Buying a copy helps to support the Site. Those of you who pre-ordered, be patient, almost there now!
Final Word
Just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for not only participating in this Forum over the years, but for the support you have lended in so many varied situations. This Board's existence truly has been, shall we say, different. Keep on making it a place worth visiting!
I don't know about you, but I forgot ALL about Daylight Savings Time going into effect last night!

I second Scott's thought....I hope that things are OK with you and your family. As always, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
And...the Board being "different" isn't necessarily bad... (I hope!)

Sorry about "cryptic" ... needs to be right now.
As for the Gathering, well ... Russell Means's flight is booked & paid for. Joanne Shenandoah's flight is booked & paid for. The film is rented/theater booked and paid for. With the exception of some health related issues - as I said above - to a key player or three, it's fairly well all-systems-go, best I can tell! |
