The weather for the weekend was kinda shaky - snuck in a trip to the Fort on Sunday 9.24.23, plenty of low clouds but no rain. - Good size crowd = money. The reroofing on the buildings is almost complete - one small area left, hopefully finished before winter. - Every year the Fort has a Revolutionary War weekend along with a couple of others that are not of the "period correct" time - raises money. - There was a "Musket Display," 18th century medicine, Beehive Oven Baking, Leather Craft & plenty of things for sale. - Good start for the "fall colors" on many of the trees.
