Posted - May 30 2016 : 2:41:58 PM It is another Memorial Day, and as usual, I am working. It is ironic that I, a combat veteran of Panama and the 1st Gulf War, am working on a holiday allegedly created for folks like me, while other folks who exist on the public dime are enjoying yet another day off. Now I am not talking about those who are physically and/or mentally unable to support themselves, but rather those who view the 'social safety net' as an entitlement hammock.
Is there any question as to why I will never vote for a leftist?

MG, you are 100% correct, and I too have been saying that for the 14 years I have been on this board. Over and over again, I have warned how our once-great society has been dangerously weakened by kowtowing to whinny 'aggrieved' groups; who make blanket accusations, demand accommodation, but cry "foul" when called-on to produce facts. These group-think lemmings, be it based on gender, race, legal status, gender identity, ad nauseum, all are corralled by the modern leftist Democrats (read: Cultural Marxists), and used as shock troops in the campaign of destruction against our society.
