I did not hear his speech.

Based upon reports such as this http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,297823,00.html
where (for example) he denied that there are gay people in Iran, I think that his speech at Columbia caused US prestige in the world to rise a bit relative to Ahmadinejad's prestige. In my opinion, those sort of statements make him appear out of touch.

Well, he did indeed lie. But, I think he was asked enough hard questions that he made a fool of himself.

We can only hope the students at Columbia U. ask him the hard questions that he will not be able to deflect with more of his smooth lies.
