We have come to the decision to sever our business relationship with Eric
Schweig. This Site will no longer serve as a source of Eric Schweig information.

A Bit Of Explanation:
Without saying too much, our
decision - to answer the very many queries we have had on this subject - was
reached after long & hard deliberation. There was no "falling out"
or "flare-up" that caused a spontaneous, reactive-type decision.
Rather it was a drawn out "trail of tears" we grew weary of. When a relationship fails
to satisfy, it usually ends. That's life. As in any relationship, both parties
must be honest & open with one another, dedicated to achieving a
common goal, and
committed to building trust. Lacking in one or more of these ... it fails.
This was no different. Without cooperation, mutual respect, communication, and
vision, most trails lead to nowhere. Especially so when there is outside
interference from third parties.
We are sorry that this has
been the case. The scales were tipped; the negatives eventually began to
outweigh the positives. Our objective was simple & straightforward; a
professional promotion of an artist's work. To this end, we are quite proud of
what we, and we alone, accomplished.
Though part of us
regrets this decision, we will not look back. It is best, we believe, for all
concerned. Inevitably, rumors will
swirl. We only ask that you consult with us before believing them!
And to those of you who gave
your support to this endeavor, we say,
"Thank you!" ... for you are the
REAL fans of Eric Schweig!

The main reason is because it's a long story. Brief answers leave too much to
the imagination, consequently allowing for much misinterpretation. There is no
simple, concise answer as to why ... other than, perhaps, that under the
circumstances, we just got tired of it.
Yes, if you can call it that. The core of this "fan" club, and
associates, are the very people who threw every road block they could think of
in our path. They are concerned with but one thing, elevating their feeling of
self-importance. Truth is a foreign notion. A real fan club would be supportive of endeavors enhancing the
object of their affection's well-being. Not so with this bunch. Why? Because they
weren't getting the "glory." Obsessive possessiveness does very
strange things!
We have nothing to do with it, and purposefully stay "out of the
loop." We have no idea.
No. Not at this time.
It is a matter of principal with us. There are some very good sites out
there. We used to link to some of them. At this point in time, we feel strongly
that we do not want to assist the above mentioned "fan" club in ANY
way, directly or indirectly. A link to an Eric Schweig site invariably leads
there. We will not have any part in that.
We simply continue doing what we do. We have one of the most visible sites on
the Net. Good things happen.
It is a great relief to be "free" of the
Eric Schweig hangers-on. We hope that they have the good sense to quietly enjoy their
spoils, as vultures are wont to do. If not, we are no longer encumbered by our
own interests in the matter. We will speak quite frankly if pressed.
Why this tone? We have had a long standing "relationship" with
these people. We know their patterns. Their actions are like finger prints. 'Nuff
said ... for now.
Just because we wanted to ... and due to the ever-present "popular demand!"
No, absolutely not!
Because time changes things ... it appears the the
Official Site is run by different folks. At the very least, their attitude
toward us has changed. Time to bury the hatchet!
